Shipping Policy
Every CounterKind piece is handcrafted to order in our Tennessee workshop. Here's what to expect for delivery.
Processing Time
Because each item is made to order, orders take 7–10 business days to process before shipping. During peak seasons or new collection launches, processing may take slightly longer. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the workshop.
Shipping (United States Only)
We ship exclusively within the United States — we do not ship orders outside the U.S. at this time. Complimentary standard shipping is included on all orders, with delivery in 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a courier tracking number. Registered customers can also view tracking details anytime in the Account page under Order History.
