Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email, shipping address, and payment details. Our checkout is securely processed by Wix, our payment provider — your card information is encrypted and handled directly by Wix's secure checkout, and we never store your full card number.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to fulfill orders, send shipping and order updates, provide customer support, and (with your consent) send occasional emails about new products and promotions. We never sell your personal data.
Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember items in your cart, and understand how customers use the site. See our Cookies Policy for details. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing premium.designs@counterkind.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
